The Women Techsters Fellowship Program 2025 is a fully-funded, one-year technology upskilling program designed to empower African women and girls, aged 16 to 40, with in-demand tech skills. This transformative opportunity bridges the gender gap in the tech industry by fostering inclusivity and equipping women with the tools needed to launch successful tech careers or businesses.
Program Overview
- Full Tuition Coverage: A tuition-free 12-month learning experience.
- Paid Internship: A six-month internship following the training phase.
- Global Tech Skills Training: Hands-on experience across various tech disciplines.
- Certification: Industry-recognized certifications upon successful completion.

Learning Tracks
Participants will receive training in one of the following eight tracks:
- DevOps
- Cybersecurity
- Data Science and Engineering
- Mobile Application Development
- Product Design
- Product Management
- Front-End Development
- Back-End Development
Eligibility Criteria
- Be African girls or women aged 16 to 40.
- Reside in an African country.
- Exhibit dedication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
- Have a keen interest in technology as a tool for empowerment.
Program Structure
- Training Phase (6 months): Intensive, hands-on training in the chosen tech track.
- Internship Phase (6 months): A paid internship to gain real-world industry experience.
